Louise Duguay Obituary
Louise Ann Duguay Passed away peacefully in Sonoma on April 19 at the age of 69. Beloved wife of Albert Duguay. Adored mother of Mona Rodrigues, mother-in-law of Donald Rodrigues, and loving grandmother of John Albert, Neal Mateo, Louis Vincent and Martin Joseph. Louise was preceded in death by her parents Gertrude and William Swanson and her sister Dorothy. She is also survived by her sisters Agnes Costello and Grace Taylor of Rhode Island, and by numerous nieces and nephews. Born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, she accompanied her husband to naval duty stations throughout the world. Her life long love of travel continued into her retirement. She ended her working career at Naval Air Station Alameda, where she helped with decommissioning the Naval Air Station and also in the relation of the USS Hornet Museum. She will be remembered by all that knew her for her gentle, kind and elegant nature. Friends and family are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on April 25th at 1pm at St. Joseph's Basilica in Alameda. The family asks that gifts be made to Hospice of Marin, Valley of the Moon Branch, Memorial/ Tribute Program, 150 Nellen Ave., Corte Madera, CA. 94525-1133
