Emily Chang, 63, of Kaneohe, a waitress for the Ocean Terrace Restaurant at the Sheraton-Waikiki, died Friday in St. Francis-West Hospice. She was born in Kekaha, Kauai. She is survived by husband Albert "Sparky" S.H.; children Laura Hedgecoth, Teresa Medina and Kimo Danielsen, and Alfred Jr., Michael, Floyd and Curtis Canopin; mother Daisy Sabakahan; half-sisters Helen Cuturan and Nadine Mariano; hanai sister Irene Lagronio; hanai brother Stanley Abascial; 18 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services: 1 p.m. Sunday at Ordenstein's Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Call after 11 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. Monday at Hawaiian Memorial Park. Aloha attire. |
